Add support for Area onboarding #15

Problem: Areas that are not onboarded need some support to figure out how to add meetings and how to get their login access.

Is this related to the mobile app or meeting entry App.

Describe the solution you'd like A page, or some information on the "About" page would be beneficial.

Additional context Using the itcommittee@ca.org email address and adding the slack link could be beneficial.

Support Bar

The Find Meetings page has a SupportBar component that links to the new SupportPage
