Establishing Common Language Page

Create "Equity" and "Data" sections of the glossary? If so - add data-related terms & definitions to the data section (e.g. geography, population, etc.)

Suggestion to consider: section on common languages in a data context. What is a geographic unit, a comparison population, etc. How do we as an agency define a community?

Decision from co-working: Make a note on the establishing common page that data terms will be defined as they arise on the following pages and link to CoWI for the full data glossary: https://www.waterboards.ca.gov/resources/oima/cowi/glossary.html @DevanBurke to add language to the page
