[ ] Additional best practices from Esri on improving the quality of content within a Hub site.
[ ] Also worth noting that ArcGIS Online comes some general categories that are derived from ISO and INSPIRE. Those could be good starting points, but my hunch is that you’re going to want to add additional categories to better support filtering and finding the right datasets.
