Discuss whether the format of the quarto site should be a book (with numbered chapters; what we have now) or a website (same structure, no numbered chapters - like the SWAMP Manual or Openscapes at the Water Boards ).
@AHolder1 2 cents - either format will work. rendering the book can run into difficult to diagnose and strange LaTex issues. the website structure has a nicer looking navigation pane - and if we're not going to be sharing the final version as a PDF or printing as a book, we can share direct links to pages or even sub-headings, so instead of referring someone to "Chapter 5: Planning" of the Equity Data Handbook you would refer them to the Planning Section. Switching from book to website would take a few minutes - but it's not a heavy lift - and we can always switch back if we end up needing to.
