[Bug]: When using DIVI Theme Builder to create a specific category page, the <html> through <body> tags are omitted. #808

What happened?

When using the DIVI Theme Builder to create a specific category page, the page that renders does not include any header code from the State Template. The items that are missing are everything from the html declaration through the starting body tag.

The page renders starting only with header tag...

I realize this probably wasn't a priority for the child template, so I've developed a workaround.
