Fix metatreatment selection #39

Also fixes an error that occurs when there is only 1 metatreatment.

Fixes metatreatment selection for cases with only 1 metatreatment/experiment, as well as allows user to select only specific metatreatments for direction filtering (no errors or issues for both test cases, AB/IS)
