Fixed crash and also added option for BiBC on multiple groups #74

Please make sure that both the 'modularity' option and the 'node_groups_list' option for the --bibc-groups argument work in calc_network_properties.py

All updates added to the 'fix_bibc_modularity_crash' branch run as expected. No issues/crashing identified, and all of the options for calc_network_properties.py run as expected (AB, 8/22). IS is also testing this update.
