Restrict active Wifi connection during competition

Should we restrict the usage of the active WiFi connection for certain tasks? We could ban running certain ROS nodes or other computationally extensive tasks on different machines.

Allthough the 0.5 point multiplier should prevent this from being a useful tactic in my opinion.

We considered, that using an active Wifi connection and thus losing half of your base points, will in no case be a useful tactic. Since the active Wifi is more of a temporary solution, we have decided not to make any changes.
