prov:startedAtTime and prov:endedAtTime require a xsd:dateTime where time is often unknown #12

PiCo uses the prov ontology to register the Activities that generated a person reconstruction. In prov, an Activity can have a start- and end date, which is usefull to record. prov:startedAtTime and prov:endedAtTime both have xsd:dateTime as a range. However, the time of generation is often unknow. How should we cope with that?
