From testing FindTreatment.gov, we saw that ET hasn't whitelisted findtreatment.gov

Update: ET confirmed they deployed on 10/25: "We have just deployed an update to allow findtreatment.gov access the search endpoint. However, the change might take some time to propagate."

We need to verify this.
