As part of wrapping up our work with SAMHSA, we will transition away from TTS DNS.

Need to complete this by 11/22/2019

SAMHSA to:

[ ] Create necessary DNS records
- [ ] 18F to provide Federalist cloudfront information
[ ] Update nameservers for domain w/ dotgov.gov

18F will then:
