Lots of people wanted to have a clearer option for resampling and the other generic processing options in FE, which default to options that might not be clear.
Describe the solution you'd like
If resampling is not present, then give an error in the CLI (if users want to disable this, then make the value ‘0’)
If no parameter file is passed in the CLI, inform the user where the default parameter files are present
