Integrate Collage features #1288

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Collage features have been shown to be very robust (Pati et al., Medical Physics 2020) and their addition would make CaPTk's FE very valuable.

Describe the solution you'd like Add Collage features to FE by using a python CLI (https://github.com/radxtools/collageradiomics/pull/82)

Update: Collage CLI is now in master. Will start work on integrating this soon.
