BraTSPipeline saves intermediate files no matter what #1346

Describe the bug When running BraTSPipeline application with -i 0, it saves intermediate files.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: See above

Expected behavior Only the necessary files should be saved.

CaPTk Version 1.8.0

This option has been removed for now because we would want all files for debugging. In a future release, we would want to keep the following files:
