[1.8.1] Included DeepMedic models have versions requiring 1.8.0, causing failure #1357

Describe the bug Running some algorithms/tools such as DeepMedic with the models that come included in CaPTk's data directory causes a failure due to incompatible versions. The models have 1.8.0

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Run DeepMedic.exe and pass in -md ${CaPTk Install Dir}/data/deepMedic/saved_models/skullStripping (Along with valid input for other required parameters) See incompatible version message.

Expected behavior No failure.

CaPTk Version 1.8.1
