Describe the bug
When you run the image with "docker run" you get an error message stating that the container run failed because it couldn't find the entrypoint executable at /CaPTk/bin/install/appdir/usr/bin/CaPTk.
The base docker image set the working dir as /work and all other steps are relative.
Expected behavior
Docker container should run CaPTk itself successfully and print out any usage errors if applicable.
