Masks drawn on ITK-SNAP (opened via CaPTk) cannot be loaded back #1437

Describe the bug See title.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open CaPTk and load this image: sr59.nii.gz
  2. Click on Applications -> ITK-SNAP to get ITK-SNAP to load the original image
  3. Draw segmentation
  4. Close ITK-SNAP, which should trigger save location; pick whatever path is needed. An example of saved segmentation mask_59.nii.gz
  5. See the following error: image

Expected behavior Segmentations drawn using ITK-SNAP should load up.

CaPTk Version 1.8.1, and it was not seen in 1.7.3
