Generate b0 and in DiffusionDerivatives #1449

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Diffusion Derivatives doesn't allow a user to generate the b0 image.

Describe the solution you'd like Give the user an option, on by default, that produces b0 alongside the derivatives in the output.
