[1.8.2.Alpha] PerfusionDerivatives doesn't accept non-default settings using the GUI. #1460

Describe the bug When running PerfusionDerivatives from the GUI, you cannot edit the default settings.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch the CaPTk GUI
  2. Launch PerfusionDerivatives from the Applications menu
  3. Try to edit default settings

Expected behavior Application runs as normal when either default or non-default settings are selected.

CaPTk Version 1.8.2.Alpha

Reproducible on my Ubuntu 20.04 install of 1.8.2.Alpha. working on a fix.
