Mask/registration produces odd/wrong results #1477

Describe the bug Running diffusion derivatives with a mask and registration template produces bad results.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run Diffusion Derivatives from the menu or the CLI, specifying a registration template.
  2. Get extremely weird output for the derivatives.

Context Originally reported by Chiharu (who was, as always, super helpful in resolving this as well!)

This resulted from not passing "-m NMI" to greedy.
