PHI Estimator crash with "interactive segmentation" 2-label seg #73

Using PR #70

The input image can be found in the cluster

/cbica/home/bouniasd/share/ashish/flair_5m.nii.gz

The input segmentation had 2 labels

Update: This has nothing to do with interactive segmentation. Drawing 2 labels on one slice using the "MultiLabel Segmentation" plugin also crashes.

(It needs a 4D input that's why it crashes. This will be fixed after the 4D checks)
