Add ability to load harmonization model with CLI #197

This will allow the harmonization model to be loaded from the command line interface.

The app currently crashes if the 'Apply model to dataset' button is pressed after a model is loaded using the CLI. Can you deactivate the button until the data has been loaded? This has been implemented prior to including the CLI.

@melhemr I rebased to origin/main. Can you try again?
