Hi,
I am currently using the following combination without issue:
java version "1.8.0_211" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_211-b12) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.211-b12, mixed mode)
Apache Ant(TM) version 1.9.7 compiled on April 9 2016
Thanks, Scott From: pavramesh @.> Sent: Wednesday, August 10, 2022 4:53 PM To: CBIIT/NBIA-TCIA @.> Cc: Subscribed @.***> Subject: [CBIIT/NBIA-TCIA] Incompatibility between ant 1.8 and java 1.8 (Issue #7)
When "ant dist" tries to build Java under nbia-util I keep receiving an error "Class not found: javac1.8" under the I tried using Java 7 compiler as well since Apache Ant versions less than 1.9.0 are not compatible with Java 8 but this has not worked either. Please advise.
