This issue occurs when using a dataset with r-unfriendly metabolite names in interactive mode, when selecting individual metabolites.

So, for example:

Exposure: Age Outcome: HOMOVANILLATE (HVA)

Will result in a warning of "Undefined columns".

This issue can be triggered using the dataset in issue #49.

This issue seems to be gone. We were not able to reproduce with the Scrambled.women.CPSII.data.xlsx file.
