COMETS 1.5. For metabolites that are dropped, indicate somehow that this happened #61

Several possible solutions to this issue, including passing on a blank value in the output file.

There are warnings when metabolites are dropped that are printed on the command line. Kailing, let me know if I need to include those as the output of the runCorr() function.
