COMETS 1.5. Fix warning messages to provide more useful feedback. #72

When conducting our first two analyses (age & BMI) in COMETS Analytics, users (not surprisingly) had several data formatting issues. Many of these were flagged by the Data Integrity step, but the warning messages did not describe exactly how to implement a fix.

Kaitlyn Mazzilli recently compiled a list of the issues that she helped cohorts to troubleshoot, as well as the associated warning messages, and the fix needed. I have attached the spreadsheet of these details.

We should determine appropriate warning messages for each needed fix. COMETS Error Messages.xlsx

There is a great Excel keystroke for finding missing data that we should add to the warnings relevant to missing data.
