We need to add the following new Centers in the Dashboard template helper:

Johns Hopkins University (JHU)
Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU)
University of California San Diego (UCSD)

Although the code does not need to be changed for the new centers, the banner images are used in the preview feature. Without the images, the preview will show the center name instead of the banner image as for existing centers.
