New Submissions Are Not Being Saved #20

When creating a new submission, even as the required information is entered, it is not saving when pressing either: "Save" or "Save and Continue". Please allow for new submissions to be saved and worked on later, if necessary.

Saving submissions appears to be working normally, we will watch for any future problems.
