Display evidence values in Observation Summary #25

In the Observation Summary page of the builder, the Helper pulldown menu allows column tags of evidence columns to be selected. However, the actual values are not then substituted into the displayed Observation Summary in the Preview. For Evidence Value Types of numeric and label, the values should be displayed, For types File and URL the values should not be displayed.

Tested locally, works as described.

Tested in production release v1.2.1, verified working as specified.
