validation report empty in some cases that have errors #48

In the previous issue, the validation report did correctly show the missing file error.

I then introduced a series of new errors in the template by removing several observation values.

When I uploaded the file, the missing values were all correctly reported, as shown in the attache PNG file. However, when I download the text report, it was empty.

This was a mistake in creating the test archive .zip file. No problem exists.
