Allow the dynamic text search of ECO terms in the submission helper. As the list of such terms available for inclusion in submissions in becoming longer, using the current list-based interface can get increasingly cumbersome. Dynamically reducing the size of the term list to include only ECO terms matching search text entered by the user will improve user experience and aid in quickly identifying relevant terms.
