This issue looks like multiple different issues. Su - can you resolve into 2 issues?

In terms of "getting all compounds" as a download, it's not really the scope of Dashboard, but we could provide something like this in Resources. I don't think it's reasonable that users can get a custom download, but it should be straightforward for them to "get all".

I think we should definitely be promoting submitters to cross-link with the Data Portal, and Vlado can work on this during the submission process, but at the end of the day, submitters need to do this (we have to make sure they understand that they can!)

Besides the documentation issue, the remaining item is to possibly provide a complete list of e.g. compounds appearing in the Dashboard as a separate download.

Should be done in context of providing list(s) of all subjects, possibly by API.
