Essentials classes with leveled powers can't use Multiclass power swap feats #105

Essentials classes who get leveled powers should be able to swap them with Novice Adept and similar feats. Currently this only works when the EClass has potions to select for their powers.

The two restrictions on swapping a power: You can't get rid of your last encounter power, which for most Vampires is Blood Drinker regardless It must be a leveled power of the correct type (which is Feral Assault being a level 3 power). Ironically, Bladesinger probably shouldn't work.
