The CB will not use a superior ki focus for an implement power unless both hand slots are unequipped entirely.
The CB will not apply Ki Focus Expertise to implement powers when using a superior ki focus.

Mundane superior ki focuses do not appear to benefit from Expertise feats (Versatile Expertise or Ki Focus Expertise).
