Hybrid Cavalier can choose Hybrid Paladin as their second class #200

As above. If you select Hybrid Cavalier first, it allows the selection of Hybrid Paladin as the second class. This does not occur the other way around.

This also applies to:

Hybrid Binder -> Hybrid Warlock
Hybrid Blackguard -> Hybrid Paladin (but not Hybrid Blackguard -> Hybrid Cavalier or vice versa)
Hybrid Executioner -> Hybrid Assassin
Hybrid Sentinel -> Hybrid Druid

We may need to explicitly add prerequisites in the hybrid full-classes for !(hybrid E-class variant).
