Request: New Power Card #205

I'm creating a new power card for Initiative. For the most part I can make the card the way I want, but I have 2 questions.

  1. How do I print the Initiative value onto the card.
  2. Making the card print near the beginning of the power card list. For example the after Play Data cards or after the Second Wind card.
