Practiced Killer feat does not allow selection of Stealth skill #207

Stealth is listed in the class skill list for Executioner, but it is not selectable when taking the Practiced Killer feat.

This appears to be a RulesEngine.dll issue, since Stealth is included in the class skill list for Executioner.
