Hybrid Executioner can't take OAssassin Encounter or Daily powers, or Hybrid Poison Use 1 #63

For Encounter power choices, Hybrid Executioner can choose Assassin's Strike or choose from their other class. They cannot choose OAssassin powers, and they should be able to.

For Daily power choices, Hybrid Executioner can choose Hybrid Poison Use (level) or choose from their other class. They cannot choose OAssassin powers, and they should be able to.

Lastly, for the level 1 Daily power choice, Hybrid Executioner cannot choose "Hybrid Poison Use 1", and they should be able to do so.

For some reason, almost all of these powers have

<Prereqs> !Hybrid Executioner </Prereqs>
