paragon multiclassing gives you paragon hybrid benefits on a hybrid character in CBLoader - this is a bug #7

Here's an example of that Paragon Multiclass thing. Can't take Dual Weapon Attack in place of Bond of Pursuit (PMC lets you exchange for an at will and doesn't specify needing a level)
