Toggle to Hide Chat Header Buttons on Preset #104

I have so many buttons in my chat headers that it prevents seeing the room states (if the chat is small enough). It would be nice to be able to give a preset (in my case the modlogs preset) the ability to hide these header buttons to display room state data (follower mode, slow mode, r9k, etc)

Better idea: have a dropdown for the icons if they exceed a certain %age of the width of the chat header.
