[x] Create some sort of progress bar (UI object) to add to the HUD to display current player HP (maybe using http://docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/classes/class_progressbar.html ?)
[ ] Death management for player
[x] Death management for enemies

Other things? Feel free to add new tasks or to check those which are done.

Added hp progresstexture and a progressbar for the enemy wave.
