Description

This PR is the last necessary to fully decode and encode supported packet types!

This supports decoding and encoding in the TNC2 protocol used by APRS-IS.

This resolves #79.

Changes

Add relevant fields to Packet
Add regex decode for TNC2 packets passed to Packet.Packet(string)
Implement Packet.Encode() to return a TNC2 string encoding of the packet
Add round-trip tests for each currently-supported type
Added new Packet fields to printed output in APRS# CLI

Validation

A round-trip (decode then encode) test has been added for each supported type
All tests passing
Manually ran APRS# CLI and verified output. See screenshot below
