Description

To create a console application executable that can be run or given to users to test the functionality of the project

Changes

Changes in the console application project file
Set a flag for PublishReadyToRun to true
Created a single file using PublishSingleFile
Specified the run-type as win-x86

Validation

The generated executable can be run by clicking and function as the console app
Can connect to APRS IS and get packets
The various testing schemes for the project passes
