Fixes the nil-driver issue ( #7 ) (basically the same as #8 )
Changed settingtypes format from mod_setting to mod.setting as per modern standards
Allowed disabling the registration of rockets completely
Added a ratelimiter to rocket use to avoid Mach-spamming, configurable in settingtypes
Changed the craft recipe for the glider to avoid a recipe conflict with the (other) hangglider mod

PR #11 addresses these issues too. Maverick2797: take a look, you might like some of the other features that it adds.

Cool, your PR looks a lot more complete than this one, I'll close this and let you continue the awesome work! I'd basically given up on getting the PR accepted by now

yeah, feels like we'll need to find a new maintaner. I'll be asking mt-mods if we can add glider to that org.
