Add package.json for npmjs publishing #50

Thanks for this great lib ! It would be nice to publish it as a npm package. For now, just the package.json is missing to achieve it. What do you think ?

If you don't want to maintain this repo for any reasons (and I understand that especially with ActionScript), I can publish it for you ? I'm a bit embarrassed because even if I keep your name in the package.json, the package will be displayed on my profile page...

Sorry - I missed the notification for this pull request.

Hmm. I hadn't previously considered adding this to npm, since that's typically for packages that run in JavaScript VMs. (I already published promise.coffee there.) Let me look into standards around publishing non-JavaScript packages to npm and I'll get back to you.
