1st paragraph
"When deploying a TOE to public cloud infrastructure, proper identification and distinction of the TOE instances are crucial." This is very interesting and important. What would in addition be interesting would be how to choose or identify the core / CPU used by the TOE instance if the TOE is not agnostic to the underlying platform. The importance of this is reasoned in Section "Cloud Equivalence Considerations". Maybe it could be helpful to include these identifications.
