Did you finally update the library? Did you note an increase in the performance of the map load?

The Esri library is already updated, it is the 3.7 api version and I really don't note a great increase in the performance of the map load.

Nice! It is good for the update... too bad hearing about the performance :(... Anyway, I think with the new version we will be able to work with more features in the future. My thoughts!
