Assess and validate the functionality in the syndication method used for Flickr. Please keep in mind the geoRSS points.

The plugin Trabaria-Flickr was modified to update the XML file wp-content/plugins/trabaria-flickr/55227776@N04.xml, this file is RSS from Flickr, adding it need a cron tab to regenerate this file periodically
