Include more scales to the resources that could be shown into the map (Country, Regional and Global). #49

Assess and implement ways to show the information on the map with Scaled information and how it can be represented in the map (Country level, Regional level, Global).

This will require to explore more in detail the ArcGis API in order to work with regions, countries and polygons. In addition, a work will be required to improve the syndication methods in order to capture those scales.
