Move the whole website from our current host (DreamHost) to Amazon WS.

This activity is already done. AMKN is working in Amazon WS.

Excellent work! I'm going to cancel our DreamHost service.

I'm going to mark this issue as Accepted again until our VPS DreamHost account is cancelled.
